pleasant stay, but some minor issues

beautiful grounds relaxing atmosphere really good staff check-in process breakfast inclusion executive lounge
i found the grounds quite beautiful and relaxing. the staff were really good (friendly and helpful). i also enjoyed seeing wildlife around the hotel. we spotted elk and deer .
the check-in process was a bit of a mess when i arrived at 6pm. a tour bus with 33 guests arrived, but no one greeted us. we were forced to line up to check in. breakfast was not included in the nightly rate, and there was no executive lounge for rocky mountaineer gold prestige tour guests.
